Mindful is a privacy-first wellness application that provides AI-assisted journaling, mood tracking, guided meditation, and personalised insights. The App stores your personal data locally on your device.

3. User Accounts

You may be required to create an account to access certain features. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the App
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any systems or networks connected to the App

5. Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, features, and content, is owned by Mindful and protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of all personal content you create within the App.

6. Health Disclaimer

Mindful is a wellness tool and is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. The AI companion provides general wellness guidance only. Always seek the advice of a qualified healthcare provider with any questions you may have regarding a medical or mental health condition.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mindful shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App. Since your data is stored locally, we are not responsible for data loss due to device failure, loss, or damage.

8. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes by updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the App after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

9. Termination

You may stop using the App at any time by deleting it from your device. We may terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time for violation of these Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
